Neulich fiel mir das Rowan-Abonnentengeschenk vom vergangenen Jahr in die Hände, 200 g Rowan “All Seasons Cotton”. Das seltsame Westchen werde ich mir wohl nie stricken, weil ich so etwas kaum je trage. Aber es rief mir in Erinnerung, dass ich noch einen Rest (immerhin 350 g) “All Seasons Cotton” in Dunkelgrün vom Pullover “Hope” übrig habe. Und es fand sich auch noch ein einzelnes Knäuel in Rot, Überbleibsel meiner “Kelly”-Jacke. Zusammen also 600 g, und die Farben passen auch sehr schön zusammen, finde ich jedenfalls. Das sollte doch eigentlich für einen einfachen Pullover in glatt rechts reichen, oder?



Recently I got hold of last year's Rowan subscribers' gift, 200 g of Rowan “All Seasons Cotton”. I will hardly ever knit the strange little vest that we were supposed to make out of it, because it's not what I would normally wear. But it reminded me of an oddment (350 g after all) of “All Seasons Cotton” in dark green, a leftover from my “Hope” sweater. And there was another ball in red, remainder of my “Kelly” cardigan. All in all 600 g, and the colours go well with each other, at least in my opinion. This should be sufficient for a simple sweater in plain knitting, shouldn't it?
