Crème double hingegen (40 % Fett) gab's gar nicht. So werde ich also die für Sonntag geplanten Tagliatelle mit grünem Spargel und Parmaschinken mit schnöder Crème fraîche zubereiten.
In the dairy cases of the supermarket I saw today what I thought might be 500 different kinds of yogurts: plain, with fruit, with chocolate, with nuts, with cake crumb oddments, cheap, expensive, for children, for senior citizens (where's the variety for premium product fed pets?), to drink, to spoon, cuttable, organic or practically without any grease.
Crème double however (40% fat content) was not available at all. So I'll have to prepare the tagliatelle with green asparagus and Parma ham planned for Sunday with simple crème fraîche.
