<\/p>\nDieser lustige kleine Schal ist eine Variante des \u201cAngora Leaf Scarf\u201d aus Lise-Lotte Lystrups Buch \u201cVintage Knitwear for Modern Knitters\u201d. Er fiel mir sofort ins Auge, als ich das Buch zum ersten Mal durchbl\u00e4tterte, und nun habe ich ihn nachgestrickt, allerdings nicht aus Angora, sondern zu Testzwecken aus einem uralten Rest Phildar \u201cAnouchka soft\u201d. Das Material besteht aus 80 % Acryl, 15 % Mohair und 5 % Wolle; eine Laufl\u00e4nge ist nicht vermerkt, es ist aber sehr d\u00fcnn und soll laut Banderole mit Nadelst\u00e4rke 2 bis 2,5 mm verarbeitet werden. Den Schal habe ich mit Nadelst\u00e4rke 4 mm gestrickt, das hat gut funktioniert, und er wiegt etwas mehr als 60 g. Die genaue Maschenprobe habe ich zwar nicht erreicht, aber bei einem Schal ist das ja zum Gl\u00fcck nicht kritisch.<\/p>\n
Eigentlich soll der Schal noch mit Blattadern bestickt werden, das habe ich aber bisher nicht getan, weil ich nicht wei\u00df, ob und wie ich die Stickerei reversibel machen kann. Er sieht auch so ganz nett aus. T\u00fcrkis\/Petrol ist leider so gar nicht meine Farbe, aber ich lege ihn in meine \u201cGeschenkekiste\u201d, es wird sich bestimmt sp\u00e4testens zu Weihnachten ein Abnehmer daf\u00fcr finden.<\/p>\n

This funny little scarf is a version of the \u201cAngora Leaf Scarf\u201d from Lise-Lotte Lystrup’s book \u201cVintage Knitwear for Modern Knitters\u201d. It caught my eye when I leafed through the book for the first time, and now I’ve finished it. I did not use Angora, however, but for testing reasons an ancient oddment of Phildar \u201cAnouchka soft\u201d. It’s made of 80% acrylics, 15% mohair and 5% wool. A yardage is not given, but the yarn is quite fine and should, according to the ball band, be worked with needle size 2-2.5 mm. I use 4mm needles for the scarf, which worked well. It weighs just a bit over 60g. I did not achieve the exact gauge, but this is not crucial with a scarf.<\/p>\n
It should have been decorated with embroidered leaf veins, but so far I did not do this, because I do not know how to work a reversible embroidery. The scarf looks okay the way it is. As turquoise\/teal is not at all \u201cmy\u201d colour, it will go into my gift box. A recipient will certainly be found before next Christmas.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
