Dieser grüne Wuschelhaufen soll irgendwann mal das Layered Skater’s Top nach der Anleitung von Veronik Avery werden. Es ist derzeit mein Mitnahmegestrick, das heißt, ich stricke täglich etwa ein bis zwei Runden daran. Das Muster ist relativ einfach, auch wenn man bei dem fusseligen Kidsilk Haze aufpassen muss, dass man immer die richtige Masche erwischt. Momentan ist das Teil etwa 25 cm hoch. Bevor die Armausschnitte beginnen, will ich aber noch mindestens 10 cm mehr stricken, damit es für mich kleidsamer ist.
Some day this green fuzzy heap will be my version of the Layered Skater’s Top by Veronik Avery. It is presently my portable project and I knit about one or two rounds every day. The pattern is relatively easy to memorize, but I have to pay close attention to each stitch to catch the correct loops of the Kidsilk Haze. Currently this piece measures about 10 inches. I want to knit at least 4 more inches before starting the armholes because a longer version is more becoming for me.
