Ich weiß ganz genau, dass irgendwo in diesem Haushalt noch 150 g Noro Silk Garden in Farbe 87 (die regenbogenbunte) herumliegen. Aber ich finde die Knäuel ums Verrecken nicht wieder. In den Bettkästen sind sie nicht; in dem Regal, in dem die Cash-Iroha-Reste liegen, sind sie nicht, im Schrank unter den Strickbüchern sind sie auch nicht. Und auch nicht dort, wo sonst eventuell Resteknäuel sein könnten.
Und das passiert mir natürlich ausgerechnet jetzt, wo ich eine Idee habe, wie ich sie verstricken könnte.
I know exactly that somewhere in this household there are three balls of Noro Silk Garden in colour 87 (the rainbow variety). But I cannot find them for the life of me. They are not in the storage box under the bed, not in the shelf where the Cash Iroha oddments are, not in the cupboard below the knitting books. And not where the “normal” odd balls go.
And this is happening to me now, of course, now that I have an idea of how to use them up.
